Directions: "Scotch Valley ski area is located 60 miles southwest of Albany, 20 miles east of Oneonta and 3 miles north of Stamford, New York (on Route 10). From Albany, take the New York State Thruway (I-90) west to exit 25A then I-88 west to Route 10 south. Go 16 miles south on Route 10 to the ski area.
From the south, take the New York State Thruway ( I-87) north to exit 20. Then take Route 32 to Route 23A west to Route 23 and follow west to Stamford, New York. In Stamford take a right at the second traffic light and go north on Route 10 about 3 miles. Driving time from New York City is approximately 3.5 hours. " |
